 Eligibility :-

 

Social Worker-

Secondary School Examination Pass Certificate 10th Standard Knowledge of local language is required.

    1. Compulsory Knowledge of Local Language.

    2. Basic Android Mobile and Tablet Operating.

 

Block Co-Ordinator-

Secondary School Examination Pass Certificate 12th Standard and Knowledge of local language is required.

    1. Compulsory Knowledge of Local Language.

    2. Diploma in Computer Training - This Requirement Knowledge Certificate  Shall be Relax able in case Where a Candidate has Studied Computer as a Subject in Class XII or any other Higher Education Level.

Distric Project Manager-

Fufull Time Regular / Distance Course in Bachelor’s Degree Pass Certificate of Any Subject (Graduation ) with Passing Marks in All Subject, Local Language and English (Having Been Studied as Compulsory or Conducted by any recognized University by The Government of India / State Governments / Union Territories in India.
1.    Compulsory Knowledge of Local Language and English.
2.    Advance Diploma in Computer Training - This Requirement of Micrososoft office knowledge certificate Shall be Relax able in case Where a Candidate has Studied Computer as a Subject in Graduation or any other Higher Education Level.

Salary/Pay Scale:

Social Worker- Rs.15,000 - Rs.18,000 as per Govt. Norms

Block Co-ordinator- Rs.22,000 - Rs.24,000 as per Govt. Norms

District Project Manager- Rs.28,000 - Rs.30,000 as per Govt. Norms

Age Limit :-

Minimum 21 years and Maximum 48 years as on 1st March 2024.

The upper age relaxation - 05 years in case of candidates belonging to SC / ST, 03 years to those belonging to OBC {Plus 10 Years for PWD Category Candidates).

Job Responsibilities and Duty:-

1. Social Worker: Status of the village, No of houses, No of toilets, Drinking water facility, Agriculture land, ward member, Govt schemes beneficiary, Reporting to block coordinator.

2. Block Co-Ordinator: Supervisor of social worker, Arrange meeting with ward member / mukhiya, Social worker problem solving, Reach of govt schemes to the villages, Educational institution status, Report to district prog manager.

3. Dist Project Manager: Surpervisor of Block coordinator, Smooth project running, Data collection and submission, Ensure the data accuracy, Meeting with mukhiya for govt schemes, Liasoning with the stakeholders for reaching of govt benefits, Reporting to the program managers.

Job Residence:

The Candidate Selected for the Post of Social Worker, Block Coordinator and District
Project Manager Must Mandatorily take up His / Her Residence in the Block within one Month of Selection. The Candidate Shall Submit a Declaration to this Effect in the Application. The Candidate Selected for the Post of Other Than Should Reside in Block.

Selection Process:

Selection will be 2.5 times of post made as per the Automatic Generated Merit List based on 10th, 12th or graduation according to posts Standard Marks. Passing All the Subjects As per the Respective Approved board norms is Mandatory for taking Candidate into Account for Calculating the Merit and Interview.
